- Hold meetings with individual council members to learn their priorities
- Meet with individual department heads to establish open lines of communication
- Create format for internal inter-departmental coordination sessions to establish and support common objectives
Weeks 2-4
- Implement live streaming of City Council, Land Use, and Chubbuck Development Authority meetings
- Seek council support to renew efforts of previously adopted Strategic Plan and Parks Master Plan
- Create format for council study sessions to effectively consider and include council priorities
Weeks 5-8
- Implement combined vision meetings with City Council, Land Use, and Chubbuck Development Authority
- Establish Building and Development committee
- Establish Parks and Recreation committee
Weeks 9-12
- Create city-wide mission / vision statement
- Introduce Outcome Budgeting processes
- Facilitate financial audit presentation to City Council to provide clarity and comprehension moving forward
